Nilufer completed her masters degree in psychology in the US and worked there with creators of experiantial play therapy, Byron and Carol Norton.  In the meanwhile she conducted research studies and seminars in Attachment Parenting.  In addition to conducting research on the relationship between attachment and hyperactivity Nilufer also participated in many trainings in healing physical and emotional trauma.    Currently, she works at a private clinic as play therapist for children between the ages of three and eight and as attachment parenting therapist for pregnant women and new mothers.  She continues to conduct seminars for parents with children of various age groups.
